At Easy Spirit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
